Fitness assessments are a good beginning to start your training or to evaluate your training progress. Participants will go through a series of tests that include cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength. In addition you will recieve a blood pressure check and a body fat count. Based on your results the YMCA personal trainers will recommend an exercise and nutrition regime for you to work into your weekly schedule. Our goal is to increase your quality of life!
