Work with adult on how to get baby adjusted to water and water safety. | Pike | 3 years and older. Beginners that cannot swim. Learn safety rules, how to put face in the water, how to reach and pull, and sculling. | Eel | Can put face in the water, learn to blow bubbles and bring their head up for a breath. Review reach and pulling, and sculling. | Ray | Learn freestyle with rhythmic breathing and elementary backstroke. Review sculling. | Starfish | Learn backstroke. Review freestyle with rhythmic breathing, elementary backstroke and sculling. | Guppy | Learn breaststroke. Review freestyle, backstroke, elementary backstroke and sculling. | Minnow | Learn butterfly. Review freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, elementary backstroke and sculling. | Fish | Learn sidestroke. Review freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke and sculling. | Flying Fish | Review and perfect all of the above learned strokes. | Shark | Experienced swimmers.
